Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact and without any breakage of tags.

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment.

 


 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and product images.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging or with broken or removed tags

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Reason for Return/Exchange

  • Photos of the Product (if damaged)
